LICENSE AGREEMENT
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement then you should not install this software and you should remove it from your system. Installation or attempting to install, or continuing with the installation of the software, or clicking I agree in the installation program, signifies acceptance of this agreement.
DISCLAIMER
Users of FileCategorizer must accept this disclaimer of warranty: FileCategorizer is supplied as is. PunSpace disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. PunSpace, its directors, employees, testers whether paid or unpaid assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of FileCategorizer or its documentation or related programs and products.
Although care has been taken in the design, coding and testing of this product, the product software, its documentation, and installation and related programs and products are NOT guaranteed to be free of defects, mistakes, errors, faults, failures, flaws, imperfection or bugs.
Care has been taken to ensure that no viruses, ad-ware, spy-ware, worms or other malicious programs infects the product or is otherwise present in the product. However the presence of such programs can not be ruled out, particularly where the product is distributed over, or sourced from the internet.
The product may not use the best methods or algorithms available. Any categorization, grouping, sorting, partitioning, arrangement, organisation or file operation, deletion, movement, copy, creation of shortcut, carried out by the program is not guaranteed to correct or desirable.
You may have specific right under Australian or NSW law no part of this agreement should be interpreted as contravening these right.
If any part of this document is found to be invalid at law this invalidation will not affect the validity of remaining parts of the document.

PRODUCT USE
The product is designed to be used interactively. Before any categorization, grouping, sorting, partitioning, arrangement, or organisation discovered by the program is applied, the user is expected to review the said operation using the facilities of the program.
The user has the responsibility for backing up all data or files before use of this product.
The user has the responsibility to test or scan the product and computer for viruses or other malicious programs before installing and or using of the product and to take action to remove the product or other program or component if it is found to be or suspected to be infected.
In the case where an error is reported in the program, documentation or component PunSpace is free to fix or change the program, documentation, component, add or remove features, or not, at its sole discretion.

DISTRIBUTION
The registered version of FileCategorizer or its components cannot be distributed without the expressed written permission of PunSpace. Nor may any license keys, serial numbers, registration code, or key for the product be published, transferred, generated or otherwise made available without the expressed permission of PunSpace.
You may NOT distribute this product in or as SPAM or any manner that could be construed as unsolicited.
You may NOT misrepresent the function or capabilities of the program. Nor may you engage in any trickery, deception or other unconscionable acts in distributing the program.
You may copy and distribute the unmodified demonstration version of this software in electronic form in such a manner that the act transferring to the users system or computer is solicited by the user and with the informed consent of the user.
You must make all reasonable efforts to ensure the product does not become infected with any, program, spy-ware, ad-ware, Trojan, worm, virus, routine, script or other software product whether it be benign or malicious.
MODIFICATION
You are prohibited from changing, modifying or tampering with in anyway the computer code of the program.
You are prohibited from incorporating the product into any other software product without the expressed written permission of PunSpace.
You are prohibited from incorporating, infecting with, splicing or in any other manner attaching any other code, program, spy-ware, ad-ware, Trojan, worm, virus, routine, script or other software product whether it be benign or malicious.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
This program is owned by PunSpace and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws and other instruments. Violation of this copyright is a serious offence.
DEMONSTRATION VERSION
You have the non-exclusive right to use FileCategorizer for 31 days for the purpose of evaluation. After the 31 days trail period, you must purchase the registered version or registration code, or discontinue using the product by removing it completely from your system.
NO DISASSEMBLY OR REVERSE ENGINEERING
You may test the software to the extent of discovering its, use and features, its suitability for your purpose, to familiarize yourself it its use, to evaluation it or to review it.
You may NOT disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or crack the software without the expressed permission of PunSpace.
You may NOT view or debug the code without express permission of PunSpace.
You may NOT probe, examine, test, or investigate the software in anyway with a view to discovering its internal methods of operation or algorithms without the expressed permission of PunSpace.

SOFTWARE TESTERS
All test software is marked as such with one or more of the following words: “Test” ,“Alpha”, “Beta”, “Release Candidate”.
The Disclaimers above holds for testers.
Where you have, downloaded or otherwise obtained from PunSpace, a marked test version of the product, you have permission to probe, investigate and or use the software for the purposes of testing.
You must report any and all findings to PunSpace or an employee of PunSpace designated for this purpose by PunSpace. You may not disclose to any other parties any information about the product, its use, its limitations, its features, its methods of operation, algorithms, source code, its look and feel, its bugs, errors or short comings.
In the case where an error is reported in the program, documentation or component PunSpace is free fix or change the program, documentation, component, add or remove features, or not at its sole discretion.
When you have finished testing, or if directed to by PunSpace, you must remove the product from your system.
You may not transfer, pass, copy, distribute or any way give the program to any other party.
You must keep the program secure and insure that it is not obtainable by any other party.
USER LICENSE
Each single license entitles you to install the product on one computer at a time only. To use the product on more than one system at the same time you must purchase multiple licenses.
IN ALL CASES
This program is the property of PunSpace, and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. VIOLATION OF THIS COPYRIGHT IS A SERIOUS OFFENCE, PUNISHABLE AT LAW.
